1. Acceptance

By using the Front Range Drain & Sewer website, requesting service, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

We provide drain cleaning, sewer line, hydro jetting, septic pumping, and related plumbing services across the Colorado foothills. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and our professional judgment. Pricing displayed on the site is a starting estimate; final price will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Estimates & Payment

Phone estimates are free. On-site diagnostic fees, if any, will be disclosed before dispatch. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Front Range Drain & Sewer about your service request, appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, quotes, and occasional service reminders.

• Message frequency varies by job; typically 2 to 8 messages per service request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan.
• Reply STOP to cancel; you will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent.

• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranties on parts or repairs will be described on your invoice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in pipes or systems we did not install, or consequential damages.

6. Cancellations

Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a trip charge on future bookings.

7. Website Use

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Front Range Drain & Sewer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape, or republish content without written permission. You agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
